2. What you are looking at

The site presents Yekaterina Pashkovskaya, a one-person practice working in independent technical writing: operating and maintenance manuals, installation and commissioning instructions, work procedures and checklists, and software documentation and release notes, written from the equipment, the drawings and the people who run it, and handed over as editable source files with a style sheet. Its text, illustrations and descriptions are there to inform. None of it is an offer, a booking or a contract.

3. Pictures and descriptions

If pictures appear on this site they are illustrations of our kind of work, not photographs of stock. Availability, specification and price are confirmed in writing when we quote, not on this page.

4. Sending a message

A message sent through this site is an enquiry and nothing else. The site reserves, books and sells nothing, and takes no payment. Binding terms are agreed separately and in writing.

5. Copyright

The site's text, design and illustrations belong to us or to those who licensed them to us. Commercial reproduction needs our written permission.
